Free No-Obligation Consultation
     When you are ready to have a sale, we will come over to the sale site and walk through the home.  We will look at the items that will be for sale and let you know the percentage that we charge to do the sale.  We will discuss sale logistics and make sure that you are completely comfortable with the entire process.  Then we can pick a date for the sale and sign a contract.


Set-Up and the Sale
     We will begin sorting and setting up the sale one to two weeks before the sale date.  Our team will research and price all items to maximize profits. We will create a visually pleasing and organized sale for our customers.  Just before the sale, we will advertise.  We advertise on estatesales.net, Craigslist, Facebook, the newspaper and with our many signs that we put out on sale days.  The sale will be 2 to 3 days depending on the amount of items to sell and the size of the home.


Clean-Up and Disbursement of Funds
     Once the sale is over, we will empty the house or we can leave all remaining items in the house.  We have several organizations that we can donate to.  We also have an auction company that will completely empty the house out.  We will work with our cleints to come up with a plan that suits their needs.  Whatever the family chooses, we will leave the house tidy and swept.  After the sale, we will write the family a check of the net proceeds within 2 to 3 days of the end of the sale.
